i just found out that opengl is very slow on my system…while direct3d isn’t. I think this is why my games run slow…is there some way to make blender use direct3d instead of opengl?
no there isn’t
try 16 bit color mode, and smaller textures.
I think the difference is that your graphics card will downsample once the texture for direct3d, and every redraw in opengl [blender sends the 24 bit version]… but I actually have no idea.
