I think you have done a very good job on this opening… If you wanted to work on a little of the foot sliding that was occuring, it could help. But based on the character it probably is not a big deal.
One thing I would definitely go back and check, is that you have two empty frames. This usually occurs when your editing clips together and you just need to push each one over 1 frame to the left.
But you did a good job on this.
I agree that there are a few empty frames.
Personally, I think that the character movement needs to be a little faster/sharper and not as loose as it was.
It just doesn’t look natural.
But of course… it is a box man, so I think it works in this situation.
Good work.
thanks
@harleynut97
thanks for your input … very useful for me.
I’ll fix my project on the advice of you :o
I like it. Maybe it should be a little shorter but overall it looks nice.
Also you can add a Blender logo on one side of the box.
ooks cool. If you did a bunch of minecraft videos I would suggest you use this for every opening to them :).
Like the others said though. Just sharper movement and avoid slipping… Which will be slightly hard but I think adding the root bone to the walk cycle forward and back might take away some slipping. I’m still having some issues with slipping in my animation I’ve been working on… Trial and error I guess
Thanks@Alko :o
thanks@RodDavis
for your opinions and suggestions I’ll keep your suggestion first
it’s practically a movie in itself. intros should never go beyond 10 second at the most or you risk boring your viewers into switching off before they even get to your film. a 30 second intro? no way dude
ok thanks
@JamFX
nice idea. but i agree with the others, it’s too long for an opening movie. the character movement also need more refinement. glad to see another indonesian artist here. salam kenal
