I started to create my own orc team for the Blood Bowl tabletop game. Here’s the first “base-head” sculpt of an orc lineman. I use it as a base to create variations for different linemen, blitzers, black orcs and throwers.
It’s difficult to get the hard surface parts to look super clean when sculpting, but on the other hand they are orcs and not elves.
