Looks kind of like a Green Jafar from Aladdin. You did a good job. I like the look.
I do think the lighting directions need to be changed, he just seems a bit underlit and undershaded. The material drape he is wearing looks a little funny. I cant say what it needs but it just looks off. Its probably just the lighting.
The word I think you are looking for is Orc. Orc is the race. Ork would be a name. This is in english, if you are using another language you are probably correct in calling it an Ork but I cannot say whether or not its right.
