Osg and Blender - a little info

Though not directly related where I work I did a write up on how to hand edit a blender .osg exported file for such things as a 32 bit alpha channel, and putting in a lightmap.

a few things involve copying and pasting materials (texture units) and Vertex arrays co-ords.
the reason I decided to paste it here is that I believe someone out there who knows the blender .osg exporter and Python might be able to use the information in the paper.
I think with a few addictional check boxes and input boxes, someone clever could add some of the techniques into the exporter.
