Ok, so I’m no noob to Blender, but I am a bit weary of Windows. I have this odd error message that usual does nothing after clicking it out 3 times, but now my Blender freezes

Anyone know what the hell this means?
Also, if it helps, I run off a portable device whose, for some reason, directy has just changed from F: to I:
