How can I overlap the top spehere on the other sphere:
I want it to be so that the top sphere is showing fully and the bottom sphere is going through the top sphere.
Here is a rough example of what I want to acheive:

call me dump; but what you’re asking is against the laws of physics (except maybe quantum physics)…
an object just cannot have dominance when it overlaps another object…
however, i did try to make something close… how about add a cylinder at the location of the top sphere, create a Boolean difference between it and the bottom sphere to get a shape that would allow for the top sphere to have dominance?
