Pack Data... Yeeeeees...

Hello Community,
I’ve got a pretty annoying problem that keeps bothering me…
I regurlary share my blend. files with friends per Email, and I wanted to find a way to preserve the textures… Well I found out how to do that, with “pack data”. When I did that, the error message “source path not found, <builtin>” came up. I checked “Make all paths relative”, but nothing changed. I updated Blender to build 2.55 and put all my textures in the same directory as the blend file (and refreshed them of course). Now the error message isn’t coming up anymore when I choose “Pack Files”, but the textures are still not displaying for my friends… Do I have to put all the files (textures, blend., sounds, etc.) into one zip folder or something like that? I’ve seen people like Andrew Price manage to preserve the textures by only downloading the blend. file…
I bet it’s a simple answer or something like that, but I need this feature because the blend. that I’m working on is for a game, and to save the game as a runtime I need to Pack the Data…
I hope that you have some ideas :spin:
Sincerely,
Luke
