Packing blend file problem


I have a model, which was modelled by someone else. Now I textured it, and would like to pack everything in to a blend file, so so it can be placed in a finished scene on an other computer. But when I tried to pack the blend, a error comes up, because blender cant find the source path to a image (probably modelling reference). Is there a way, to still pack the blend file, and ignoring the missing images?

Any ideas anyone?

As far as i know you have to delete the image (it is still in the texture stack), save blend and reopen.
Now it should be possible to pack and save.
