I made the mandelbot fractal in Fractal explorer and developed developed the collage in Gimp
one thing that will help the ball bounce is to make the fcurves handles vector instead of bezier at impact with the paddle so the ball wont slow down as it gets closer
walshig… thanks, I will keep that in mind if I need a realistic bounce in the future. In this case I decided not to to try to change the unreal, creepy quality of the motion… that I wanted the the surreal effect here.
