[Paid Freelance] Looking for longer-term team members

Hi,

Rebel Among Rebelz is a not yet active independent studio looking to start producing online content.

We’re currently searching for specialized artists to handle music/audio, color/lighting and and both 2D and 3D environmental, prop and character art. Although the best position we’d like to be in is to be able to hire talent for full-time positions, you’d be starting as a freelance member of the team, preferably long-term. Initially you’ll be paid out of pocket, but once enough content is produced , the plan is to open up to crowd-funding sourcing. Since this is an independent operation, dead-lines and prices are negotiable. If hired onto the team, the main means of communication will be through a free platform called Discord, but for now it’ll be through our e-mail. ( [email protected] )

Here is a link to info the initial projects on our slate. (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ex0-rESoQVWLeXYia3-I8bIDAz0nHLHZ5EyKuj-Gy38/edit?usp=sharing)

For the easy maintenance of visual consistency of a unique style while possibly working with a variety of different artists, we want to create 2D works via drawing over 3D materials. Below are references for both the 2D and 3D styles we want to fuse together in both animated and static art-form…

For the 3D materials, we’re going with Blender of course. We need experienced generalists to help develop the visual/ technical side of our projects, namely the kind of sculping/modeling, rigging and animating that’ll match the afore-referenced styles. The focus of your initial contributions would be to take a pre-existing rigged model, reshape the mesh to be more stylized and if necessary adjust the rigg for more exaggerated expressions and movements. I also have a particular shader in mind to have applied to the model. If it’ll help to know now, here are the links to both of them…

If you’d like to join the team and think you can contribute to any of the elements listed above or featured in the reference materials, feel free to make contact. Even if we cannot afford you’re services or don’t yet have immediate use of them, we will keep you on our list for future contact when the time comes. You can leave a link to your portfolio or place where we can view your past work here or send it via email, whichever you’d prefer, and if you have any questions, we’ll be happy to answer’em. Thank you in advance for your time.
