On the Sequencer page, I want a shortcut (shift + q) to show a panel (add sound strip), click 1 play sound, click 2 select sound.
On the Dope Sheet page I want the shortcut (shift + q) to display an add action strip, the selected action will appear on the Dope Sheet page at Current Frame.
