We are looking for a fast, experienced Blender modeler to help remodel a three-building office complex, using CAD geometry + renders as a reference.
This will be a high-quality base model to be used in a photorealistic walkthrough animation. The CAD geometry is not usable as is and needs to be remodeled. We have done about 15% of the remodeling already.
An eye for detail and accuracy are a must, as we have limited time to give notes.
Task:
- Model the remainder of the office complex by Mon, April 14th
- Stay in close communication with our team to deliver each section (.blend) as they are completed
Details:
- Modeling only; no texturing or UV mapping required
- Base geometry only; i.e. structures, parking lot, possibly a few props; no furniture, no trees/plants, no people, etc.
- Clean topology required as we will need to bevel some models
- Focus is on the exterior; some interior will likely be needed as well
- This is a PAID job.
Timeline [CRITICAL] : Due to time constraints, models must be completed one section at a time and handed off for lighting and set-dressing.
Deadline for completing all models is April 14th.
