Pantin Rig Help

Was messing w/ the Pantin rig and trying to make him do some exercises…

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make his hands stop moving during push-ups?
I"m using blender 2.5.3.

I would be animating the hands/arms in ik, that way you position the hands and then don’t deal with them, the hands will stay stuck where you put them. Looks like you animated them in fk, hence the movements of the hands.
