So started this project this afternoon. I have some plans for where I’d like to go with this scene, but I don’t know when I’ll get to it so I thought I’d post it as a WiP. As a landscape it is turning out alright I think. Need to check it on a different monitor so I can see if the overall brightness and contrast is where I want it to be. I want the foreground to be a little dark and kinda silhouetted but not to the point of being awkward. I’ll take another look at it on my computer at home.
I agree, the monitor I was working with at work gives me a little bit of a distorted view of brightness and contrast. I’ll mess with it some more today.
