Parallax Mapping: What it is ?

Hi everyone !
Anybody knows how parallax mapping works in blender and if can be activate in Blender GE ?

I have been three days trying to find stuff on the net and tests I’ve only found of it!:RocknRoll:

I don’t believe blender game engine has parallax mapping.

Search for “parallax mapping” or “relief mapping” in the game engine forum. There are already a few examples.
