Parent mirrored object to specific bone/part of the mesh?

hi ppl,

i am dressing my character up and posing it as well.

can’t find the best way to parent an object to the posed mesh to make it follow any pose during the animation.
i am dong a still shot, but i have now modeled a part of the dressing in rest pose, now i don’t know how to make that part follow the main pose! :frowning:

I don’t understand the question. Perhaps you want veered parenting? (Select the child, then shift-select the parent, then Tab, then select one or three verts, then Ctrl+p).
