Is this for a municipal project?
No, it was just for fun. I was walking down the road, saw the sign and thought I should make a quick model of it when I arrived home. Took about 2.5 - 3 hours I think to put it together. Additional time could go into improving the lighting and colors, but my day was over at that point and figured it was close enough.
