Particle based lighting,

If I use a dynamic paint to generate a map that is emission, and use a particle emitter as the brush, I can light scenes, is there anywhay I can have the particle pick up color/leave color?

With this I think it may take a long time, but be very accurate.

How Do I output my sequencer data as a MP4?
I have a sequence of .png that is going to be a emission map, but I need to turn it into a movie, is there any way I can just output a texture from the sequencer? I have the frames loaded, I have just never made a movie from a sequence yet.

For some reason I can not get it to pack a .blend with the .png loaded in it…
