“display number of users” is 2
i want it to be just 1.
so i click the 2 and make it local and get a new one!
then i open the same original one and it still says 2.
how do i make it just 1?
also how do i know what else is using it!

Find the other object with the emitter and delete it with the “x” (use the Outliner if you have too many objects). Your first object keeps the emitter, and there won’t be any “2”.
