Ray mirror and Ray transp doesn’t work with particles.
That’s right. Instead of using raytracing, use scanline features like ZTransp and EnvMaps to simulate transparency and reflections.
Ztransp doesn’t refract
That’s right, ZTransp won’t refract because its a scanline feature. If you really need refracting particles you’ll have to fake it by dupliverting planes with suitable halo blend textures - you won’t be able to do it with simple particles.
