Particles activate only upon collision?

Hey all!

Got a question. Got a particle system, need the particles to stay deactivated unless collided with a collision object. Or spawn only upon collision. So basically the inverse of “Die on Hit” enabled in the physics tab. It’d be like “Active on Hit” if you could name it. It’d be similar to the deactivate functionality in hardbody sims.

Anyone know if this functionality exists?
