Simple really, its not reflecting particles, why?
Do the particles have a halo material. These are visible in raytraced reflections or transparency

ok, im not too sure what i’m supposed to be taking from that thread. I cant use photoshop, which apparently that guy did. In the 6 years since then, has blender not been improved to reflect particles?
Use something other than halo materials.
Try an object particle with an emit material. If you want it glowing etc use the compositor.
