Particles dont move with mesh

I have a model of a deer.
I have an armature on the mesh
I have wireframe on the mesh
I have particles on the mesh
When the deer lowers his head, the particles DO NOT move with the mesh.
Particles on deer still

Any ideas how I can fix this.

Either select hair in the particle system (makes it follow the mesh surface) or use geometry nodes.

One possibility is that the particle system is before the armature modifier in the stack.

thanks for your help. I found a guy who has a node tree that worked for me. For some reason, it makes the rig not show up so I had duplicated the deer. So 1 deer is the wireframe, deer 2 is the deer wireframe with the lites on it using the node tree. Thanks.
