Paste X Flipped Pose Problem

I’m following along with a tutorial and trying to make identical action constraints for both hands. The first worked out great, but when I copied pose, and went to flip it over the x axis, the bones moved as expected, but the hand mesh had some problems. Basically wasn’t the same as the first hand. I guess either the bones aren’t correctly positioned or my mesh is messed up. Anyone have any ideas?
