Pbr textures

i’m starting to make a photogrammetry asset library. How can i generate the Specular and Roughness maps? The photoshop method is not that great.

Really, no one knows?
I’m inspired by the Texture/ Hdri Haven to make something similar, but i can’t publish the models without all the maps.
