How do you achieve this look with cycles? What do you material setups look like?

Not sure I understand as the rugs, leather and wood I used from 3D textures.
The rest I just used standard material node setups with a little tweaking.
Im afraid Im not to savvy on the computer as I dont know to show a screenshot to ya
but if you have a specific request I will try and help
