PFTrack to Blender problem. Help!

Hey, people… I have a problem.
I am using PFTrack to get camera and most importantly - tracked object animation data… but how can I get it in Blender? Yes, I can get camera data if I use the old blender, because PFtrack has export to blender function… and then open in 2.5 … But! Geometry animation can not be exported to blender. I tryed to export as fbx and then convert to Open Collada (dae) with Autodesk converter… And it seems, that the collada file has all the information, including geometry animation, but when I import it in blender… nothing is moving… no animation.
What to do…?
