Photo alignment issues

3D artist, I’m going to do a photo modeling, but the objects in the photo aren’t aligned with the lens, and I’d like to ask if there’s a technique to center the photo and align it with the lens???

I want the green part to be in front view, I don’t know how to do that in PS or GIMP

Maybe search the manufacturer’s website for additional photos that show that angle. You can’t really spin that photograph if that’s what you’re thinking.

Here the first come in my mind:

using Fspy you can match the camera perspective, then you can model the rough model shape. After that you can use this shape as a really good reference

You might try a simple shear function but also have to scale it on X…

…but finding proper ref (as @graeme_h said) would be much better.

( and some similar suggestion while i was typing… )

Looks a little stretched~~~~~~

In fact, I want to find a front view of an object and then stretch it into shape

I’m sorry, but it’s only this one picture, and it can’t be rotated, I’ll send you the link to the manufacturer, maybe you can find something new

Look here and see the front view you can use as a base

Use the arrow to see the second image.

Of course… because of this i wrote:

Reading your post I assumed that you can’t find a better reference so, as I said, using fspy you could achieve something like this:

This is just a quick try I made to explain what I meant for modeling a rough shape to use as reference.
