Photo-realistic render inside building

I’m trying to create a photo-realistic render of the inside of a particular building. The image below is what I’ve got thus far. Can anyone give me some advice to increase the realism of the render in question? It would be much appreciated.

I see a wood grain and the walls have some sort of bump to them. Be sure to color these with textures. Also adding assets like a chair, lamps, and etc. I would recommend posting this in the WIP section really because you’ll need to update this quite often. If you have a almost complete piece I recommend posting here for the fine tuning critiques.

I would suggest adding more depth of field and brightness to the outside environment. A room like this one with no lamps would be significantly darker than the outside and lots of light coming through that huge window would be in stark contrast with the dark indoors.
