Hi, is there any method using which we can convert a photo to 3D using Blender ? It would be nice if I can do it locally using 2.93.1 or lower. Thanks.

Hmm, not directly with a single photo. You can use meshroom if you have lots of photos of an object.
You can pretty manually separate out parts of the image and map those to geometry. But nothing automatic, unfortunately.
You don’t happen to beatbox, do you @meetdilip?

Face Builder by Kentools is proving very useful. I am doing it on my local photos and not commercially. So trail version is useful now 
I am not sure what “beatbox” is.
