PIGEON

hey everyone, im trying to texture pigeon, (to be pretty realistic but with a cartoony style), but i cant get the texture maps rite. everything seems stretched, flat, and plastic-y when i render. any tips or suggestions?

remember that you also have specular and normal maps to concider, also if you want to get reid of texture streaching, just make your texture maps big enough.

You will also have to adjust your shader parameters in material buttons to get te effect that you want.

also good for a pigeon, for the parts that are rainbowy, use a very small cloud tex, set to colored mode, and in materials over on the right, change from ‘col’ to ‘cspec’. to avoid texture stretching, just be careful when you unwrap, and if you need to, go back and relax/square up your UV nodes.
