Couldn’t find one either. But when I used the updater it had one.
I never heard of it before, but since the english version just came out I guess that’s OK. Downloaded it, looks cool. Just another image manipulation program I suspect?
More like a painting program really.
A fairly good one at that.

Yes, the paint features do seem very good. But I noticed that it supports many different file types, and has TWAIN support as well. Seems like an imaging program to me.
