I think you will need an export script fo rthis to wrok. Not sure if there is one yet.
Maybe ask in Python forum for some help?

alrighty…best be if someone move this thread there then…because i guess i cant.
I believe pixie is renderman compliant, so I think you’ll need a renderman export script
yes, pixie is renderman complaint…so…umm…yes, about the script, i am no programmer, so…i guess i am going to need help.
Christoffer Green is currently working on building renderman export directly into Blender, however it’s still a work in progress. He aims to have the export as seamlessly integrated as possible, so that you can just click ‘Render’ in Blender and have it use other renderman compliant renderers like Pixie. However he’s still working hard and the code is not finished yet. Unfortunately, it may still be a few months before it’s ready for use.
alright
thanks for the heads up…
guess i’ll use yafray or povray or something in the meanwhile
Green also wrote a Python script called “Blenderman” to export from blender to Renderman, do a search on the forum for this (And you probably need blender2.23)
