This is my take on the Toy Story Alien.
took about 4.5 hours (3 solid hours of modelling/texturing, 1.5 hours of tweaking)
Thoughts on the hands?

Nice lighting! The one in the middle is my favorite. The hands don’t seem quite right, but they aren’t bad! Yours look like fingers, while the actual model looks like 2 fingers and a thumb (if that makes any sense :P).

The one in the middle seems to have his sh*t together, and the other two seem… Lost in space. 
Maybe vary up their mouths?
