Please Help - Error on Startup

Hello everyone,
I’ve been using blender for 5 months but today I suddenly run into an unexpected problem: when I try to run the program the little window where usually the message “Compiled with Phyton version 2.6.2. Checking for installed Phyton… got it!” appears, after displaying this same message it also shows this:
“insane icon size w=8200 h=8200
insane icon size w=8200 h=8200
insane icon size w=8200 h=8200
insane icon size w=8200 h=8200”
Then the main window appears, but it’s blank and then a message pops out saying that an error has occurred and the program has to be closed.

Does anyone know what that means? I really have no idea how to fix this and would like to start modellig again really soon. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

No guarantees, but you might try temporarily moving your .b.blend file. This is the defaults file. Don’t delete it, just try moving it to a different location. You may have to change the view settings on your folders to allow you to see hidden files. Sometimes this can help.
