Please help I can only rotate my objects through the transform panel

Hi All, hopefully I have a simple problem, I cannot rotate items in my scene by pressing “R” to rotate or the rotate icon.
The only way I can rotate and item is within the transform panel.
Any Clues??

I think the “Pivot Point” is set to “Only Locations” …

@bob-blender Hi Bob, It’s set to median point, but does XYZ Euler have anything to do with it?
I’m unsure what that does?

@bob-blender Hi Bob, you where righ, I had the pivot point set to “only locations”.
Had to learn how to open up the pivot point pie menu to find though lol
