Hello I’m picking up blender again, haven’t been using it for years but my anatomical knowledge has developed a lot since that time and I want to try the new Dyntopo tool. I went to graphicall.org but I have no idea what build to pick. I have a windows 7 64bit. Could someone help this poor noob out and redirect him to a build that has dyntopo?

Download a release from http://builder.blender.org/download/ which is the latest revision from the blender developers updated (usually) daily.

Although dyntopo won’t be in an official release of Blender until 2.66 comes out in February, any test builds made from trunk r53450 or later will have dyntopo.
