i’m a french student and i’m developping a project with Blender. The putpose is to create an “interactiv” and a virtual world. Now, i’m able to create this world, and animate it. But interaction is lacking…
i mean that i’d like to create buttons which could generate movements (rotation, translation…) of my objects (camera, objetcs, lamps…)
In that goal, i wanted to use Python’s scripts, but i would need some examples.
Can someone help me?
It would be better if you’d use the game engine for that. You would be limited to OpenGL shading and have to have as few polygons as possible but for the interaction it’s the thing. The best forum on the subject is here on Elysiun.
There’s also a French forum here. The traffic there seems to be 1/10th of that of Elysiun Chat judging by the number of views when I make similar announcements for a tutorial in both languages. Yet the most active place on the Internet is news://news.zoo-logique.org/3D.Blender. An average day there is 100 messages.
