this is my first post, and i don’t feel good because of an issue on blender
Please help me i need you imput,
i spend a lot of time to learn and work on a lot of objects for a game but when i would to render them if ounnd they don’t looks what i see in solid view, there is some fragmentations add after rendering
You have non planar sufaces.
Blender only renders triangles so the scene is triangulated at render time. If your face is non planar then you will see the triangles.
I read the tutorial i think i understand why it is rendred like that, blender render bsased on triangle plane,
so my question is : is there any way to render it just like what i see in solid view without apply any smooth things
every 3d render is triangle based, and theres no way to fix it. if your making games, smoothing is one of the most important things you can learn. it boosts the efficiency of models significantly and makes them look pretty.
but take note, the game engine doesnt read sharp edges, so auto smooth doesnt work, you need to split edges. the edge split modifier is excellent for this. just apply the modifier when the model is done.
be patient and watch youtube tuts. learning 3d takes time. best of luck to you.
