Please, if anyone has a copy of or knows where to find the Blender icon replacer program, I would greatly appreciate it!!! The link in Development Tools is NO good. That site no longer is hosted by that user. I can’t find a copy of it. I’m sure out of the millions of Blender users that someone has to have a copy of it. It’s only a few KBs or so. Thank you very much!!!

Ive been wanting to find this too. A quick question about the program. The program refers to Blender Publisher, does this mean it only works with 2.25?
Yes.
If you want to change the icons of executables of later versions of Blender, use ResHacker. Search the forum where you can download it.
