Plz help on veiw orientation

I needed switch to
front orthographic view, but i dont have a numberpad on my labtop…so how can i go about doing this?

There is nothing to see.
As you turned on emulated numpad your numerical keys 1-9 act as numpads.
And virtually every notebook as a numpad. You just have to access it with your function key and usually it overlaps with other keys you need.

You can access also in the menu.

For Blender 2.49, User Preferences (expand info window) under “Input” tab select “Emulate Numpad” and numeric keys will function as Numpad options [as noted in earlier post]. For Blender 2.55, the 3D View has a “View” menu where you can select the desired orientation. See Blender Wiki for details if you have further questions.
