Pocket Models - Star Wars

I used to play this game and I decided that I would try and make a computer version of the game unfortunately I don’t have a clue where to start on the game part. I have started to model some of the ships. If any one has any Ideas please let me know.

I was wondering how would I be able to make any card that I select like the Yoda card become enlarged where the larger white card is?
