Pointiness can´t be distorted?

Problem is that i want to get little effect on the edge but i cant find a way. I tried similar nodes as in 2nd image but still won´t help.

Hello! Actually, the pointnes factor can not be distorted in that way, that is only applicable to textures (images or procedural) with a vector input.
But I guess what you’re looking for is to multiply that result with a texture, in order to break the monotony.
