I figured I would test the waters here to see if anyone else here likes the Pokemon video games or Trading Card Game…

This is a thread for people to talk about all sorts of things about Pokemon. Accomplishments, funniest Wi-Fi trade, battle tactics, rare cards… you name it.

So starting things off… What color do you guys have on your trainer cards?
Me? Gold:yes::cool: (four stars in the upper right.)

And what is a Pokemon you have raised to Lv. 100?
Infernape, Blaziken, Gyarados, Rayquaza, and I also have a Lv. 98 Palkia.:yes:

I like pokemon LOTS!!!
I have a about 100 pokemon trading cards and I have the game on DS lite as well.

I have tried and failed to develop a pokemon game in blender due to me not having much time.

When it comes to love for Pokemon I’ve only gotten as far as watching the TV show for several years.

It would’ve been more interesting if they didn’t use the same group of formulas for every episode though outside of the gym battles and the later beauty-type contests, I eventually got bored watching it and didn’t even wait until the Hoenn saga finished.

As far as the cards, back around middle school I once got a bunch from my friend just to have them and I lost them the next day O.o

i despise the TV show, but i really enjoy the gameboy games, back when i played them.
I was less into the TCG, but could see how people enjoy them, it’s just not my thing.

I only had an original gameboy, and my brother got a GBA color when they first came out, so i’ve mostly only played the early games.

I do have a few game ideas that will hopefully be implemented in the next year or two that will borrow heavily from the games in concept and implementation…

Why is everything so depressing right now…?

I had Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green but sold them and now want them back a lot right now.

The shows have gotten really repetetive.

I really used to enjoy the show back when it was ash misty and brock.

I quit watching the show a few years ago. Who needs it.
It was amazing, one time I was offering a level 87 or something Magikarp, and I was asking for Manaphy…

I actually got the trade. Better yet? The Manaphy was Level 93! The person who gave me it was from Italy.

Bummer about the FireRed/LeafGreen games… Actually, I played the original Silver and Yellow versions. Those were so good…
I have my fair share of cards as well. If you can do it, an SP Pokemon based card deck works wonders. Actually, the Stormfront expansion has about 3 secret cards, including a reprint of the original Charizard!!!

Oh, forgot, what is your favorite type of pokemon. I prefer Fire Types, like the fire type starter pokemon and Ho-oh.
