Pole Targets

I’m having a lot of trouble with my rig. I was working on a game project and had to scrap the old one and all of the animations with it to make a new armature. My trouble now is that I can’t quite figure out how pole targets work. I though I was setting it up right, but apparently not. The legs turn sideways. Here’s my blend.

A simple fix… The pole target has a pole offset field to control the rotation of the bone, basically setting which axis of the bone is pointing at the target. I fixed the left leg only so you can compare it to the right leg…

Cool thanks. I never saw that setting or even saw it in any of the tutorials I looked at.
