This is a render I created (from scratch!) using Blender 2.66.6 (A nightly build of Blender 2.67). I used Blender Internal Render for this one, with the new Freestyle Integration. Freestyle is devoted to NPR (Non-phtorealistic Rendering).
This scene was based off a scene in the very first Jetsons episode, “Rosie the Robot”. A hi-res version can be seen at my blog:
