Porting Rigs to maya

Question.
what is the best way to port a rig from blender to maya?
FBX? Can I port a complete rig, with all constraints and parenting, and shape keys, or can I port only bone weights?

hmzz. Just to make sure. Would a rigify model export well? What would I need to do for it to export well?
