Poser 6 bvh import into blender problem

Im trying to import bvh files into blender from poser 6. However i keep receiving this message

Traceback (most recent call last) :
File “(string)”, line 489, in LoadBVH
IndexError: List index out of range

I have looked at the bvh file and i cant see any problems with it, but then im probably not looking in depth enough.
Any ideas?

The 243 RC1 release works, just need to edit a couple of values in the bvh to remove unwanted created bones, but this is for older poser figures within 6.
