Possible bug in 2.8 View Window

Does anyone know why the “view” window (If that’s the proper name for it) no longer works in the latest builds of 2.8? Something they’ve disabled?
Yes - I will report it as a bug, IF… It’s a bug. Perhaps I’m just doing something wrong??

Pics are from previous build show how it should work. Anyone else notice this?

This was just fixed. It will be in tomorrow’s build.

It does work in your build, but only if you first open it with the ‘N’ key shortcut. If you start blender and try to open that panel with the mouse first it does not work.
